BMW and Toyota Motor Corp. on Friday said they will develop a sports car together and cooperate in fuel cell technology, powertrain electrification and lightweight technologies. Rain-soaked Woodward Avenue welcomed thousands of cruisers and car enthusiasts for the 16th annual Dream Cruise on a wet Saturday just north of Detroit.
